You must have quality/professional photos to work with. I cannot use dark, blurry, or filtered/Snapchat photos. If you do not have your quality photos, you can purchase stock photos online to use (inquire for recommendations)
 
Turnaround time is estimated to be 14-26 business days. Designs may be completed before or after the estimated time, depending on the current workload, client response time, or any revisions/edits requested. 
Please note that any edits/revisions requested are not included in the stated turnaround time.
Your turnaround does not start until your design form has been completed.

  • Refunds/Exchanges-

    Refunds/Exchanges-
    Due to the nature of the type of items and services that are sold, there are no refunds once a purchase is made.

    You CANNOT substitute any other design that you purchased for another design.
     There are No REFUNDS on your design or revisions paid for.

    Any disputes/chargebacks that are brought forward will result in all information being turned over to your bank and Wix/ Shopify for investigation and you will be banned from purchasing from my site.

    In no instance of a chargeback and/or dispute may you continue to use any designs created by www.syliennejolice.com.

    If it’s found that you are continuing to use any designs we created, legal action will be taken.

    The client is responsible for all website fees such as monthly subscription charges, (if not included on client Website packages) app fees, etc.

    Sylienne J Design will provide the website design and limited product uploads only.

    Website design does not include shipping fee setup or sales tax setup (depending on your website package).

    The client is responsible for researching if the products/services they offer are allowed on the Wix and Shopify platforms.

    Sylienne J Design is not responsible if your website is closed/suspended due to the nature of the products/services the client offers.

    Sylienne J. Design reserves the right to leave a "website designed by syliennejolice.com" note in the very bottom footer section of the website when completing any/all website designs and/or revamps.
