This process helps us ensure secure billing and project commitment. Professional photos (this is mandatory) Your logo files (Transparent PNG preferred) Brand colors + logo fonts (if available) Product listing information: Product/Listing photos, titles, descriptions, pricing, etc. Store policies Mission statement, About Us, and/or FAQ page information (if applicable) All business contact information (social media pages, phone number, email, etc.) After Purchasing After 24-48 hours of your purchase, you can expect a follow-up email with a link to a design questionnaire where you can provide all the details we need to complete your project. There is a maximum of 3 revisions; beyond this, the costs of additional revisions can vary widely based on the requested changes. The completed files will be delivered via email. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the designer's current workload. Your turnaround time does not begin until this form is submitted. Turnaround times 14-21business Days There are NO REFUNDS for any of the services. The domain and hosting plan are not included. This purchase is for Design only. Does not include Backend Setup; the client is responsible for setting up their dashboard. The client is responsible for any/all website fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling: To cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior. This allows us to accommodate other Clients and make the best use of available session times. Attendance and Punctuality: We recommend arriving promptly at your scheduled time. Clients Only Have a 5-minute grace period to join. Beyond that, the session will be marked as missed, you will need to reschedule your session. Should you encounter any delay, 20 minutes prior to your session reach out right away to make alternative arrangements. Payments and Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once a booking is made. However, if you continue with a design project or your initial consultation fee will be credited toward the total balance.
