Refunds/Exchanges Policy Due to the nature of the items and services sold, there are no refunds once a purchase is made. You CANNOT substitute any other design that you purchased for another design. There are no refunds for your design or revisions paid for. Any disputes/chargebacks brought forward will turn all information over to your bank and Wix for investigation.
