Service Description
Not sure where to start or which website service will actually work for your business? Book a website consultation, and I'll break it down for you clearly so you know exactly what you need. This session is strictly focused on your website needs. It is not a coaching call. This consultation is held via phone call or WhatsApp call. Please choose a day and time you're available, as that will be the time of your first call. If we're unable to reach you, we'll make one additional call 30 minutes later. If there's still no response, the appointment will be marked as missed and followed up by email. If you're unable to keep your scheduled time, please email us in advance to avoid a missed appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling: To cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior. This allows us to accommodate other Clients and make the best use of available session times. Attendance and Punctuality: We recommend arriving promptly at your scheduled time. Clients Only Have a 5-minute grace period to join. Beyond that, the session will be marked as missed, you will need to reschedule your session. Should you encounter any delay, 20 minutes prior to your session reach out right away to make alternative arrangements. Payments and Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once a booking is made. However, if you continue with a design project or your initial consultation fee will be credited toward the total balance.
