Client agrees to all the term and conditions of the design process.
The Designer agrees to complete the website design project by Turnaround time provided that the client supplies all content and materials in a timely manner.
Client Responsibilities: the Client agrees to provide all necessary content, including text, images, and other materials, by the sign of this contract and is responsible for ensuring that all content is accurate and free of copyright infringement. Client has 48 hours to provide the designer all the design inquires.
Revisions: The Designer will provide 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at $75 per hour.
Ownership and Rights
Design Ownership: The Client will own the final website design upon full payment.
Designer Portfolio: The Designer retains the right to include the completed project in their portfolio and promotional materials.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Cancellation Clause
Client Cancellation: The Client may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice to the Designer. If the Client cancels the project, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-refundable expenses incurred by the Designer.
Designer Cancellation: The Designer may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice to the Client. If the Designer cancels the project, the Designer agrees to refund any payments received for completed work.
Limitation of Liability: The Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the State of Florida.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
