There is a maximum of three revisions, beyond which the costs of additional revisions can vary widely based on the changes that are requested.
The completed files, which will be delivered through email, will come in several formats, including JPEG. The standard turnaround period is between 21-28 days of business. The weekend is not included in the definition of a business day.

Please note that Sylienne Studio provides digital products and services only. No physical items will be shipped. All completed designs and files will be delivered electronically via email h . Once your project is finalized, you’ll receive the attached files in your selected format. If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
Turnaround time may vary depending on the service selected and when all required information (such as photos, text, or brand details) is submitted by the client. Most projects are completed within 3-10 business days (depending on service) after receiving all content. Delays in sending content may result in a longer delivery time.
Returns
Due to the nature of digital design work, Sylienne Studio does not offer refunds or exchange once a project has been started or delivered. Each design is custom-created, and time is invested into every order from the moment it is placed. For this reason, all sales are final.
However, in the rare case that Sylienne Studio must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made.
