Cancellation Policy

Cancelations: If the client decided to no longer want to continue with the service/sesion, no refunds will be issued as the work has already Started. But In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, death, illness etc. Your booking/ session will be Cancel or delayed (depending on circumstance) you. will get a refund if this were to happen on my part. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Refunds Ponlicy: Due to nature of our services we do not offer refunds once the purchase are made. Keep in mind you CANNOT substitute any other booking service that you purchased for another service or design. Deposit/ Discovery Call There are No REFUNDS on any of discovery call or deposit payments. Any disputes/chargebacks that are brought forward will result in all information being turned over to your bank for investigation and you will be banned from purchasing from my site.
