After your purchase, an automated email will be sent containing your contract and design questionnaire form. Both documents must be completed and signed before we commence work on your order.
Refunds/Exchanges Policy: The customer understands that, due to the nature of the items and services sold, there are no refunds or Exchanges at any time. All sales are final.
Project Abandonment: You are allocated a window of 14 business days to submit your signed contract and completed order form.
