Basic walkthrough of the platform (pre-recorded video)

Before booking your website design, please be sure to have everything listed below:

• Professional photos (this is mandatory)
• Your logo files (Transparent PNG preferred)
• Brand colors + logo fonts (if available)
• Product listing information: Product/Listing photos, titles, descriptions, pricing, etc.
• Store policies
• Mission statement, About Us, and/or FAQ page information (if applicable)
• All business contact information (social media pages, phone number, email, etc.)

After Purchasing

After 24-48 hours of your purchase, you can expect a follow-up email with a link to a design questionnaire where you can provide all the details we need to complete your project.

The estimated turnaround time for this service is 14-26 business days. This turnaround time is an estimate and may be shorter or longer depending on the designer's current workload.

This does not include payment or shipping setup, which is the client's responsibility to set up in their dashboard or backend. The client is responsible for any monthly or yearly website-related fees.

Designs & Revisions

Please review our policies carefully before placing an order. Review the turnaround time you selected at checkout once you've read our policies, submitted the design form, and finished the order.

The turnaround times for different services vary. Our turnaround time is measured in business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Revisions:

The client has up to 3 revisions. After the 3rd revision, there will be a revision of the charge.

Revisions can take up to 4-5 business days to be completed.
