Welcome to Sylienne Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using our services. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services and Products
We provide website and graphic Design services. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit access to any part of our services without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made using the approved methods on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
The customer agrees to pay the total amount for the design. Whether a customer chooses installment payment plans or decides to pay in full, the customer understands that there are no refunds due to the nature of the items and services sold.

The service fee is expected to be paid in full. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
If you select the payment plan and your card is declined for any reason, you will be notified by email to update your credit card. If you have not provided a form of payment for a successful charge by midnight the following day, your enrollment/design will be suspended until payment is made. If your payment is seven days past due, your enrollment/design will be terminated, or the legal team will recover the outstanding balance and late fees. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing our service.

Note: You CANNOT substitute any other design you purchased for another. If your design is still not to your liking after two revisions, you will not receive a refund for the design or revisions you paid for.

Website Designs:

If the client decides not to choose any of the concepts offered, no refunds will be issued, as the work has already been completed.
If there are any problems with your order, please get in touch with us.
Any disputes/chargebacks brought forward will result in all information being turned over to your bank and Wix for investigation, and you will be banned from purchasing from our site.

You may not continue using any designs created by www.syliennejolice.com in case of a chargeback and dispute.
If it's found that you are continuing to use any designs we created, legal action will be taken.
The client is responsible for all website fees, such as monthly subscription charges and app fees (if not included in client website packages).

Sylienne Studio will provide the website design and limited product uploads only.
Website design does not include shipping fee setup or sales tax setup (depending on your website package).
The client is responsible for researching if the products/services they offer are allowed on the Wix platforms.

Sylienne Studio is not responsible if your website is closed or suspended due to the nature of the products/services the client offers.
Sylienne Studio reserves the right to leave a "website designed by syliennejolice.com" note in the very bottom footer section of the website when completing any/all website designs and revamps.

Website Design Ghost Policy

To ensure smooth progress and effective communication, our policy for non-responsive clients is as follows:
3 Weeks of No Response: If we do not receive a response from the client within 3 weeks, a fee of $30 will be charged to reactivate and continue the project.

1 Month or More of No Response: If we do not receive a response from the client for 1 month or more, a fee of $75 will be charged to revive the project. Additionally, any subscription fees associated with the website will also apply.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of [Your Business Name] or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sylienne Studio, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hillsborough, Florida, by the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding our services' accuracy, reliability, or availability. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
