 Payment & Refund Policy

• All services and digital products require full payment before delivery.

• Due to the nature of digital products and design services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the project or digital item has been delivered.

• If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund, minus any administrative fees, may be issued at our discretion.

• Chargebacks or disputes will result in an immediate suspension of services. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover lost revenue.

Digital Products & Licensing

• Digital products, including website designs and design templates, are only for personal or business use. Redistribution, resale, or modification for resale is strictly prohibited.

• Clients may not claim any of our designs as their intellectual property.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and branding materials for design projects.

• Sylienne Studio is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements related to client-provided materials.

• Clients must review and approve design drafts within the agreed timeframe; failure to do so may result in project delays.

 Turnaround Time & Revisions

• Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the project. Estimated timelines will be provided upon booking.

• Design projects include several revisions, as stated in the service agreement. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

Website Design & Maintenance

• Website designs are created on the Wix platform unless stated otherwise.

• Maintenance or updates beyond the initial design phase require a separate service agreement.

• Sylienne Studio is not responsible for website downtime, third-party integrations, or hosting-related issues beyond our control.

 Intellectual Property Rights

• Syliennestudio retains all design concepts and template rights until the full payment is made.

• Completed designs transferred to the client are granted a limited-use license for their intended business use.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

 Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and do not share personal or business information with third parties except as required for service fulfillment.

• Payment details are processed securely via third-party payment providers, and we do not store sensitive financial information.

 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Policy

• Any information shared by the client, including business strategies, login credentials, and project details, will remain confidential.

• SylienneStudio will not disclose, sell, or distribute client information without consent, except as required by law requires.

 Service & Project Scope Policy

• The agreement outlines the scope of each project. Any additional requests beyond the initial scope will incur extra charges.

• Clients will be notified of any additional costs before extra work is undertaken.

Data Protection & Security Policy

• Sylienne Studio follows best practices to ensure the security of stored client data. However, we are not liable for any data breaches beyond our control.

• Clients are responsible for securing their website accounts, login credentials, and sensitive information.

 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may request to reschedule project timelines with at least three business days' notice.

• If a client cancels a project after work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

 Affiliate & Referral Policy

• We may offer affiliate or referral commissions to recommend our services. Details of such programs will be provided separately.

• Misrepresentation or unethical promotion of our services will result in the termination of affiliate/referral agreements.

 Liability Disclaimer

• Sylienne Studio is not liable for any financial loss, business disruption, or technical issues resulting from using our services or digital products.

• Clients assume full responsibility for the proper use of digital products and services.

• In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or product.

Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if a client violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to make required payments.

• No refunds will be issued for terminated contracts due to policy violations.

Dispute Resolution

• The State of Florida, USA's laws shall govern any disputes arising from these terms.

• Clients agree to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.

 Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
